Moves railroad cars or tank cars in yard or at loading dock,
using pinchbar inserted under car wheel to position domes of
railcars under loading spouts. May place planks between coke
oevns and top of railroad car to provide path for wheelbarrows.
May daub coke oven doors with clay to regulate air intake.
